The In-Store Experience
BYOC
We encourage our customers to BYOC (Bring Your Own Clean Container). If you prefer or if you forgot your container, we will provide a 100% recyclable paper bag for your purchase. For our wet products, your container can be refilled or simple containers may be purchased in store.
WEIGHT
Before you begin filling your containers, we will weigh your container to ensure you are only paying for what is inside your container. This weight will then be deducted from your overall purchase when it is time to checkout.
SHOP & SCOOP
Browse through our various bulk food items such as dried fruit, nuts, seeds, chocolate, candy, baking needs, oils, vinegars and more. We also offer a wide variety of personal care products, such as shampoo, conditioners, body wash, and more.
PURCHASE
When you have filled up your containers and are ready to checkout, head over to our counter where we will weigh your products, subtract your tare weight, and provide carry-out assistance if needed.
The Online Experience
BROWSE
Look through our online store and select the items and weight that you would like to purchase by adding them to your cart.
CHECKOUT
When you are ready to checkout, confirm your order and make sure to indicate if your order is pickup in store, local delivery or shipping.
INVOICING
Once your order has been processed, we will email a final invoice which will include taxes and shipping fees if applicable.
PAYMENT
If order is for store pickup, payment may be made in store. For delivery and shipping orders, you may call the store during regular business hours to pay.
